When we walk into an open house and see gleaming stone countertops, we take notice – so do most buyers! There is something luxurious, yet very practical about stone. It cleans up nicely, it’s durable and it adds a wow factor to any kitchen or bathroom. We’ve just purchased the stone for the countertops, basement flooring and fireplace at 6 Adams Place and we had no idea how many great suppliers and stone fabricators are around this area. If you’re thinking of incorporating stone into your renovation, do yourself a favor andventure beyond the big-box stores to find local stone wholesalers & fabricators. They have a huge selection and often much better pricing, especially if you’ll be a repeat customer. If you’re in New Jersey, we suggest you check these places out…

Quartz Master is strictly to the fabricator trade. They will not quote you a price on any stone, no matter how nicely you ask. For pricing, you must go through your fabricator. Just tell your fabricator which stone you like (Quartz Master can hold a slab for up to 10 days) and they can get back to you on pricing, delivery etc. Many fabricators will also have a nice supply of stone to chose from.
One of the fabricators we use is…

Lastly, check out Ankur International. This is where we found the marble for our kitchen countertop as well as hearth stone for the new fireplace!!
