Wow Steve. I didn’t realize this is what you did for a living. How fun! Love the site and blog. I could have really used you this week. I’ve decorated many homes and rentals but this time we are doing a semiemodel of our master bathroom and it’s the first time dealing with old stuff. It’s going to be interesting. Anyway, looking forward to reading more of your stuff 🙂 Best wishes.

Hey Gayle, so nice to hear from you and thank you for your feedback! Yes, this is what we do for a living. Anytime you would like to bounce a design idea past us, let us know – that’s the fun part! We just “semi” remodeled our master last year. I’ll give you a tip, if there is a piece of old furniture that you’re not crazy about and doesn’t fit your new motif, consigment shops and Ebay are terrific solutions. I do feel, however, that mixing antiques in with new stuff is a terrific way to go and can add terrific character to your room, serving as a great”piece.” Stay tuned for weekly articles and interviews from various industry experts – we usually post on the blog on Thursday evenings. Thanks again for the feedback – keep it coming!

Thanks, Joe, for checking it out! We’re really enjoying this business of GreenHabbing and love sharing our research regarding Rehabbing in the most Green way possible within specific design guidelines! Stay tuned over the next few weeks as we “get the job done!” I’m absolutely positive this Glen Ridge Home will sell very fast once finished.

I think what you are doing is wonderful, can’t wait for the final photos. Always great to see that rehabbing is still alive.

    • Steve Moran says:

Thanks, Roz! We just love, love , love this business! And I can’t wait to get to the point whereby we can show you the final photos. We have some wonderful finishes planned. In the meantime, we are actively searching for our next project, so if you know anyone looking to get out from under their mortgage and needs help with doing a Short Sale or if you know of a property that someone is looking to unload, please send them our way. Thanks again!

  6. Pretty cool stuff here! We didn’t know that you guys had made this leap

    • Steve Moran says:

Thanks, guys! Yes, we’re in the business of renovating properties and turning them into Homes. We buy them with the assistance of Investors, renovate them beautifully, and sell them below market to excited home owners and we’re loving every minute of it!

    • Ken Malian says:

Thanks Larry. How are you guys doing? Where are you? Every time we drive past your old place…we think of you guys!

Just stumbled across your site, really like the work you guys are doing. These houses and designs look amazing. I love that you’re incorporating stained glass in each of your houses, it’s a unique touch. The one stained glass window at 6 Adams Place in Glen Ridge, NJ is absolutely gorgeous, do you guys have any more pictures of that one I could see and/or any other stained glass windows. I’m very interested. Anyway keep up the great work!

    • Ken Malian says:

Hi Mike, thanks for the words of encouragement! We REALLY love what we are doing and incorporating Stained Glass into every project (in which it makes sense to do so) is a staple that we plan to incorporate consistency. We have a wonderful stained glass supplier with whom we work who really understands what we are trying to do with each home and has some great pieces. With our current project at 512 Belleville Ave., we found a piece that is from the same time period to replace what had been sealed into the wall. Although the original was long gone, the framing was still intact and the new stained glass fit the room perfectly. Check it out! And thanks for the great feedback!
